Mike Armstrong
The Managing Director of Havering Care Homes Ltd and was previously the Deputy Leader on Havering Council.  Mike is the lead for safe guarding on the board and brings with him experience of community engagement and running organisations, including retail operations.

Mary Wright
Ex local head teacher, lifetime local resident from farming stock. Takes responsibility for the Forest Centre, community/volunteering and education.

Martin Barkwith
A retired Certified Accountant, with over 40 years of financial management experience from his career in the electricity industry, NHS, and charity sector.  Lives in Upminster with his wife Hilary.  Other interests include Upminster Riding for the Disabled Association, and trying to play golf. Takes responsibility for financial matters.

Richard Tattersall
Chartered Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in land and property management, much of it focused on rural and countryside issues including public access, planning and associated developments.

Roger Hirst
Police, Fire, and Crime Commissioner for Essex and a councillor on Brentwood Council.

Clare Garbutt
Environmental consultant with over 20 years’ experience in retail and local authorities. Specialist in environmental strategy, funding applications and project delivery for the natural environment, climate change, environmental management systems and heritage initiatives.

Andrew Saulter
Solicitor with over 40 years post qualification experience in private client, property, company and commercial matters.

Gary Williams
Currently working for Mitsubishi Corporation (trading Company) as Treasurer (AMCT) and Deputy CFO. Gary joined the MC board in October 2013, and is now involved in wider aspects including, governance, policy, HR, IT and transforming the office into a regional Corporate headquarters. He firmly supports the benefits that Thames Chase brings to the community and was pleased to become a Trustee.

Neil Yeomans
A retired Chartered Accountant with 35 years experience in professional practice in the City of London.  Background in audit, accountancy, risk management, governance and project management. Has a number of voluntary roles in schools and charities as well as mentoring university students and start-up entrepreneurs. Lives in Chingford and is a Spurs season ticket holder.
