Shop


The Shop is the first thing that greets you as you enter the Forest Centre. Its enticing shelves display a wide range of gifts, children’s toys, hand-made cards, books and local foods. There is a predominantly wooden theme running through the goods on offer, showing the many varied ways that trees and timber can be used.

One speciality of the shop is locally produced goods; such as wooden bowls, walking sticks, gift cards, and even Thames Chase charcoal! All of these are produced by local craftspeople, often using timber extracted from Thames Chase woodlands. Purchasing items from the shop will hence help to support the local economy.
