There are many ways that you can develop your own healthy lifestyle in
Thames Chase.


Using "Out and About", you can devise your own regular walking, jogging, riding or cycling routes that you can follow. These could be short routes around just one site, or you could link several sites together to cover much longer distances.

If you want some moral support or chatty conversation, you could join a walking group or even take part in conservation volunteering.
