Discover a range of health and wellbeing activities that can be followed at home

As we all spend more time at home, relaxation exercises can help offer a sense of space and feeling of health and wellbeing.

We are working with our volunteers to bring a selection of visualisations, meditations and yoga practices you can follow in the comfort of your home.

Wellbeing & Tree Walks

We run a weekly wellbeing and tree walk on Thursday mornings 10.30-11.30am, but if you can't join us in person we also have links to a selection on our website. Please click below to watch our guided winter walk along the Larch route.
