Join our workshops and enjoy the opportunity to unwind and find space for yourself. Jill and Peter will give you interesting insights into various subjects and practices which will include open-heartedness, body and breath awareness, stress management, acceptance, surrender, meditation and compassion.
There will be home practices for you to take away at the end of each workshop.

Please wear comfortable clothing and have something warm to put on. Practices will be undertaken from a yoga or exercise mat if you have one, or you can use a chair.
