We love encouraging active, healthy lifestyles in the Community Forest, and this summer we're hosting a series of yoga evenings at the Forest Centre to support this initiative.
Each week there will be a different tutor to take you through differing styles of yoga practice. These sessions are a great opportunity to expereince something different to your normal yoga classes in the peaceful surrounding of the Thames Chase Community Forest.
Cost for each session: £7 per person, or £26 if booking all four sessions.
Week 1 - Thursday 1 August (19:00 - 20:30) - Hatha yoga, with Stephanie Tam
Week 2 - Thursday 8 August (20:00 - 21:15) - Yin yoga, with Paula Lotus Rose
Week 3 - Thursday 15 August (19:00 - 20:30) - Gentle restorative yoga and Tai Chi, with Jill Luff and Peter Sallis (suitable for people with mobility issues and for sitting-down participation)
Week 4 - Thursday 22 August (19:00 - 20:30) - Hatha yoga and meditation, with John London
